Privacy Policy
Digital Deals Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Returns Policy
Standard 7 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. We understand you will have to take your purchase out of its box to try it, but the product must be returned in the condition it was received (with any songs etc removed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 10% restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned. PLEASE email us stating the nature of the problem and we will give you a returns number. We will not accept returns without this number or prior notice.
Trade or wholesale orders consisting of 10 or more players are non refundable due to the orders being taylor made to the customers specification and therefore cannot be resold. Faulty goods will be under the 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Manufacturer's warranty: After 7-day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us at info@digitaldealsuk.com in the "Contact Us" area of our website. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product. If the product you purchased is no longer available, you will be provided with a new product of equal or superior value. You MUST retain your original purchase receipt as proof of the date of purchase otherwise your claim will be denied.
Warranty
All of our products come with a full 12-month manufacturers warrantee.
What is Covered and What is Not Covered
This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship of products, but DOES NOT COVER the following:
- Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, set-up, operation, or failure to follow instructions contained in your Owner's Manual.
- Any shipment of the product.
- Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
- Normal wear, battery replacement.
WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
· Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
· Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Digital Deals Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new MP4 Player from us we would accept their old MP4 Player and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
