FREE Delivery
All items purchased on the Digital Deals UK website are delivered FREE! The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that some deliveries are not made outside the United Kingdom.
Goods will be despatched on the day of order if the order is placed before 4.00pm (excluding Saturday and Sunday when the goods will be despatched on the following Monday). All items are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail standard parcel service (dependant on weight). Delivery is usually made in 1 - 2 working days but most items arrive next day!
We pride ourselves in our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders the same day before 4.00pm. If you have supplied your e-mail address we will confirm your receipt of order. If for some reason you do not receive your goods within 3 days, and you have not heard from us, please send an email to info@digitaldealsuk.com
Returns Policy
Standard 7 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. We understand you will have to take your purchase out of its box to try it, but the product must be returned in the condition it was received (with any songs etc removed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 10% restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned. All returns must be signed for as players can get lost in the post.
Trade or wholesale orders consisting of 10 or more players are non refundable due to the orders being taylor made to the customers specification and therefore cannot be resold. Faulty goods will be under the 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Manufacturer's warranty: out with this 7-day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us at info@digitaldealsuk.com in the "Contact Us" area of our website. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product. If the product you purchased is no longer available, you will be provided with a new product of equal or superior value. You MUST retain your original purchase receipt as proof of the date of purchase otherwise your claim will be denied. Again please make sure all returns are sugned for as players can get lost in the post.
Should a product ever fail to operate or become faulty simply notify us in writing and return it in its original re-saleable packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice this is at our discretion. All refunds will be dealt within 30 days of receiving the player.
All players sent back within the 7 day period will be subject to a delivery charge and administration fee.
We are purely an online retailer, no one can collect goods or send goods by person as it will be refused!
Warranty
All of our products come with a full 12-month manufacturers warrantee.
What is Covered and What is Not Covered
This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship of products, but DOES NOT COVER the following:
- Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, set-up, operation, or failure to follow instructions contained in your Owner's Manual.
- Any shipment of the product.
- Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
- Normal wear, battery replacement.
